Refund policy
We at ROOTX HERBS strive hard to maintain the best possible quality standards during the entire product production cycle to deliver the best in quality ORGANIC products to our consumers.
Our replacement, return, and refund policies are designed with customers first, and we always try to deliver best-in-class service.
Note: These policies are applicable only to purchases made online through our official website www.rootxherbs.com and are not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on third-party platforms.
You can call us at 9270974649 or e-mail us at support@rootxherbs.com within 24 hours from the time of delivery to book an exchange/return/refund request.
Replacement
Replacement of products may be considered in the following scenarios:
- In-transit damage of the product, if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- If a product is delivered with shelf life remaining < 30% of the product life, if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- In case of any quality-related concern, subject to verification by our internal quality control team after detailed evaluation.
Important:
- The product in question must be returned for replacement. Without return, replacement is not permitted.
- No replacement is allowed for expired products.
- Used products are strictly not eligible for replacement.
Return
- Products are delivered on a NON-RETURNABLE BASIS.
- Return is allowed only in case of delivery of incorrect or damaged or expired products.
Refund
Refunds are permitted in the following cases:
- Quality issues with the delivered product.
- Order cancellation by the Company.
Refund Options:
- E-Vouchers / Gift Cards (redeemable on next purchase within validity).
- Transfer into customer’s bank account (processed within 7–8 business days, subject to quality check clearance).
Conditions:
- Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The customer’s name must match the bank account holder’s name.
- Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
- Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Refunds are not applicable if a customer self-ships and the package is lost in transit.
Order Cancellation
- Customers can request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests are accepted during working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

- Once the order is fulfilled, cancellation is not possible.
